The I.S.R.S.B.C.S. was founded by researchers Carl Naggen and Ben Loggins in 1952. Today their ground-breaking prolific work continues to flourish and amaze. This photo was taken just 2 days before a fluke electrical accident pounded the facility. Carl and Ben suffered sever nerve and brain damage. Today they both live together under medical supervision in the Colorado mountains.
